Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to each represented destination. This includes identifying target demographics, creating marketing campaigns, and executing promotional activities.
  • PR Management: Manage the PR Agency and have basic knowledge about the PR activities. Additionally, you will oversee press releases, media events, and press trips.
  • Sales Support: Assist in sales activities by providing marketing collateral, conducting market research, and identifying potential sales opportunities. Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing and PR budget allocated for each destination, ensuring that resources are utilized effectively to achieve desired outcomes within budgetary constraints.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and adaptation of marketing strategies.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular Sales & Media reports (In collaboration with sales + PR Team)on the performance of marketing, PR, and sales activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, PR, or sales, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.
  • Idea about mailchimp and other mailing softwares
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with marketing and sales software/tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of international travel destinations and cultures is a plus.
