Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Budget model mix planning for the year. Operational targets planning and deployment. Incentive schemes planning, deployment and effectiveness analysis. Sales demand model mix planning and coordination with all related agencies (viz: Manufacturing, Marketing, TPDS, Accounts, IT) to plan in line with the sales requirement. Drive Project Symphony (PULL based replenishment) - Providing coverage of tractors well in time to ensure targets are met. Dispatch planning. Complexity reduction in model mix. Single window for field sales for de-bottlenecking and issues resolution (coordination with related departments. Inventory management - Tractor stock ageing, stock transfer monitoring and control. Sales return monitoring and control. Coordination with AO team for monitoring and closure of business plan for the month. State and dealer performance analysis and bridging the gaps along with sales team for performance achievement. Review of performance through participation in forums like AM, ZMT, etc. Process improvements for overall performance enhancement
