  • Participate in cross-functional projects to improve overall client experience.
  • Prepare regular reports on client feedback and satisfaction levels.
  • Analyze client data to identify trends and insights.
  • Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve client experience.
  • Plan and coordinate engagement activities in commercial campuses.
  • Ensure maximum participation from clients within the campus.
  • Other responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.
