Job Description
Position:Asst. Manager - Account & FinanceLocation:AhmedabadExperience:5 - 8 YearsIndustries:PharmaResponsibilities:Accounting & Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Monitor general ledger, journal entries, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Oversee GST, VAT, and other indirect tax filings and ensure timely compliance.
- Handle direct tax filings (Income Tax) and manage tax assessments and disputes.
- Assist in transfer pricing documentation and ensure compliance with local tax laws and international regulations.
- Ensure compliance with statutory filings, including ROC, annual returns, and other corporate governance requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors and internal audit teams to ensure timely audits and resolution of audit queries.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making and cost control.
- Implement and maintain financial controls and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Candidate must have exposure of SAP B1
- Logical thinking.
- Good in communication.
