### Role description
To carry out the production at 4 HI MILL as per Plan, by following applicable safety and quality standards.
To ensure daily production at 4 HI MIL as per PPC plan, to achieve customer compliance on time without compromise in safety & Quality.
Achieve Zero accidents, Implementation of EOHS standards, including compliance to legal requirements.
Compliance to IATF 16949 requirements.

Technical Competencies
• Basic knowledge of Cold Rolling , Picking & 4 hi Mill , Roll shop etc
• Hands on knowledge of above processes (Theoretical and practical)
o Defects related to cold rolled products and corrective action.o
Behavioural Competencies
• Managing team of 30 to 35 union category workmen.
• Result Oriented.
• Good Communication skills.
• Good Listening ability.
• Positive attitude.
• Change oriented.
• Striving for excellence.
