Position Assistant Forman Business Unit / Function Instrumentation-Power Plant Location Bharuch Reports to Manager Summary Of Job Execution of Instrumentation maintenance as per planning Key Responsibilities (Performance Indicators) Experience of Power Plant Instrumentation Installation, Erection and commissioning . Conducting daily instrumentation Calibration/Preventive maintenance activities . Performing preventative maintenance and calibration activities as per scheduled . Performing instrumentation jobs as per daily planner & daily checklists for UPS, DCS and Analytical instruments . Identify Fault and Troubleshooting of Stack analyzer (SOX NOX CO SPM) and Field Instruments . Knowledge of Process Interlocks and Safety interlocks in Boiler, Turbine and CHP . Performing visual tag implementation, maintaining 5S & TPM jobs . Approval HOD / COD Unit HR Position Engineer Business Unit / Function Instrumentation Location Bharuch Reports to Manager Summary Of Job Execution of Instrumentation maintenance as per planning and in alignment with standards of TPM, Six Sigma and maintaining ISO records. Key Responsibilities (Performance Indicators) Execution of preventive maintenance & calibration and maintain records for Symtet PB#2 plant. Updation of data in MAXIMO for Symtet PB#2 plant. Inventory management for spares & consumables in Symtet PB#2 plant. Assist in procurement by arranging quotation and submission of technical approval with comparative. Coordination with operation engineers for execution of instrumentation activities in shift duty for JIL, JLSL#1 and JLSL#2. To ensure 5S & visual management in Symtet PB#2 plant. No. of Reportees Nil Qualification & Experience B.E / B.Tech - Instrumentation / I&C 2 - 4 years of experience. Competencies (Technical, Functional & Behavioral) Technical: Knowledge & experience on maintenance of alternators, transformers, motors and protection relays. Have practiced on modern electrical maintenance techniques for better efficiency of the electrical installations. Exposure of electrical systems in a continuous process industry. Key Responsibilities (Performance Indicators) Execution of preventive maintenance & calibration and maintain records for 2CP unit # 2. Updation of data in MAXIMO for 2CP unit # 2. Inventory management for spares & consumables in 2CP unit # 2. Modification & backup of DCS,PLC & SCADA system logics for 2CP unit # 2. Assist in procurement by arranging quotation and submission of technical approval with comparative.
