Experience: 05 to 10 Years in B2B sales, similar API/Capsules/Excipient/ Food industries
Key Job Responsibilities: -
1. Undergoing training to have complete understanding of products & services provided by company for sales.
2. Create and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to successfully achieve business objectives.
3. Monitor competitor products with relevant sales and marketing data.
4. Identifying key clients and develop and maintain positive relationships with key clients.
5. Plan visits, Price Negotiation and close Key client contracts.
6. Maintain the average selling price as per the sales plan for the team.
7. Sales monitoring for team members on daily, weekly, monthly basis with targets vs achievements.
8. Monitor daily communications via CRM, Outlook emails and take appropriate steps where ever necessary.
9. Responsible for handing existing customers in import & export market and Introduce company and products to new customers.
10. Follow up for order and coordinate with internal team to ensure fulfilment of order, shipment, delivery on time and resolve the queries of customers.
11. Ensure correct information is maintained for booking details & documentations.
12. Closing the deal and take feedback from clients.
