: Civil Engineer - Sports Infrastructure (3 Years of Experience)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Civil Engineer with a strong background in Sports Infrastructure Development. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in construction and design, with expertise in Vendor Management and Project Execution. The role involves planning, designing, and supervising the construction of sports facilities while ensuring compliance with quality standards, timelines, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Design:

Assist in the design and layout of sports infrastructure such as courts, tracks and fields.

Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.

2. Construction Supervision:

Oversee the execution of sports infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to design and construction standards.

Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.

3. Vendor and Contractor Management:

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to procure materials and services.

Evaluate vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of project components.

4. Quality Assurance and Compliance:

Ensure that construction activities comply with relevant regulations, codes, and environmental guidelines.

Address and resolve on-site issues to maintain quality and project timelines.

5. Budget and Resource Management:

Track project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure efficient execution.

Prepare progress reports.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction, with a focus on Sports Infrastructure preferred.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

Proven experience in vendor and contractor management.

Proficiency in project management tools, CAD software, and Microsoft Office.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Ability to work on-site and travel as required.
