Work with property managers to handle routine property management operations, including- procurement of property supplies and services, issuing purchase orders, managing bid requests and service/construction contracts, and processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable. Primary Responsibilities Relationship Management xe2x80xa2 Maintain client satisfaction with delivery of Facility Management services and support programs to increase customer satisfaction xe2x80xa2 Coordinate special events in support of client or JLL xe2x80xa2 Assist Facility Management Team with tactical planning for the teamxe2x80x99s goals and objectives Compliance xe2x80xa2 Support compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle minimum audit and compliance standards in facility management, financial management, and operational policies and procedures xe2x80xa2 Meet or exceed site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) monthly to identify potential challenges and plan corrective actions accordingly xe2x80xa2 Enforce all Company policies and training requirements regarding safe and efficient operations and work practices xe2x80xa2 Implement and monitor hazard control and team safety practices, ensure compliance with local codes and regulations and Jones Lang LaSalle operations standards Team Management xe2x80xa2 Demonstrate strong collaboration and teamwork within the account team, by including driving the development and implementation of IFM best practices and innovations Administrative Function xe2x80xa2 Support work order management for in-house staff and vendors as necessary xe2x80xa2 Support facility soft services as needed and directed such as: meetings preparation, conference room reservations, food services, parking, vending, and badgingLocation:On-site xe2x80x93Bengaluru, KAIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you donxe2x80x99t meet all of the requirements.
