Associate/sr. Associate Debt Compliance
Job Description
Engage with delinquent customers for collections of legitimate dues. Manage various channels / partners used for debt servicing Ensure compliance of the laid down processes by the regulators and the bank for debt servicing. What you need : Has worked in the Mid office / Back office of Treasury function with NBFC / Banks Has handled treasury compliances and treasury documentation. Has done reporting to lenders / RBI Has handled execution of documents with lenders/ Debenture trustee Has worked on information submission to agencies for rating / renewals etc.
