Associate/Senior Associate xe2x80x93 Credit Monitoring-3+years- GurgaonLocation: GurgaonSummary:We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Associate in Credit Monitoring. In this role, you will be working closely with clients to support and monitor the performance of financing transactions across various asset classes in structured finance. This organization empowers investment firms and banks to analyze and manage their investments with cutting-edge solutions across all asset classes, ensuring a transformative experience for clients.Responsibilities: * Handling Clients: Collaborating with clients to support and monitor the performance of investment transactions across various asset classes in structured finance.

• Possessing Technical Know-how: Understanding the processes related to commercial lending, especially corporate loans.
• Managing Processes: Overseeing financial spreading and covenant monitoring, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Leading Teams: Leading and managing a team of financial analysts responsible for onboarding and monitoring client portfolios on a proprietary platform.
• Conducting Financial Analysis: Analyzing financial statements, reviewing loan agreements and other reports, and assessing financial covenants applicable to borrowers.

Requirements: * Good understanding of the commercial lending process.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Excellent communication skills xe2x80x93 written, verbal, and interpersonal.
• Several years of experience in credit analysis/financial spreading, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role preferred.
