Associate/Senior Associate - Credit Monitoring (2+ years)Location: Hyderabad / GurgaonSummary:This role is part of the growing Portfolio Management Group, where the Associate/Senior Associate will support clients in monitoring the performance of financing transactions across various asset classes in structured finance. • Understand the commercial lending process, particularly corporate loans, to support client portfolios effectively.
• Perform financial spreading and covenant monitoring, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Analyze financial statements of public and private companies, review loan agreements, and assess financial covenants applicable to borrowers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to contribute to seamless portfolio management on the company's proprietary platform.

Requirements: * Knowledge of the commercial lending process, particularly corporate loans.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze complex financial information.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal.
• 3-8 years of experience in credit analysis/financial spreading or a similar role, with an advanced degree in finance preferred.
