We are the captive Shared Service Provider for DHL Global Forwarding and DHL Freight (DGFF). We are an organization of more than 4,600 colleagues complemented by approximately 500 virtual FTE (i.e., bots applied in process automation). Our colleagues are based across six service delivery centers in Mumbai, Chennai, Chengdu, Manila, Bogota & Budapest. You will interact with people from all over the world and get the chance to a truly international organization.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to deliver top-quality service within the Road Freight (RFR) Service line, supporting our Freight entity in Italy. The role will involve training to efficiently carry out various activities, including order management corrections, customer updates and verifications, managing proof of delivery, loading/unloading, import order management, data entry for billing and invoicing, handling shipment amendment and updates, vetting shippers and carriers, and managing export order management through CoEx EVO.

Key Responsibilities:

• To understand the requirement of the station\xe2\x80\x99s / country documentation (Italian language) and ensure jobs are executed as per standard operating procedures.
• Ensure department SLAs and all Key Performance Indicators are being met as per the agreed delivery guidelines.
• Deliver a high level of service quality through timely and accurate completion of services.
• Collaborate with colleagues within the business to identify solutions, best practices, and opportunities to improve the service to our business partners.
• Flag any challenges in the operations to the immediate supervisor and business partner in a timely manner.
• Co-ordinate with the relevant stakeholders for regular communication and flow of information as defined for the respective service.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Bachelor\xc2\xb4s degree (Any).
• 0 \xe2\x80\x93 3 years of job experience from BPO or logistics domain - Preferred
• Good knowledge in MS office
• Effective Italian communication skills, written and verbal. Level B2 and above certified.
• Exposure to working with Enterprise Resource Platforms (ERPs) -
• Detail oriented
• Good logical reasoning skills
• High level of customer centricity
