Role/ Job Title: Associate-Offsite Monitoring and Controls
Function/ Department: Branch Banking
Job Purpose:
This role focuses on optimizing operational efficiency and service quality across branches through monitoring critical parameters, developing digital reports, and driving branch performance. Responsibilities include overseeing branch operations, sharing best practices, resolving audit observations, and engaging stakeholders for operational improvements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct offsite monitoring on critical operations & service parameter for branches. (FTR, TAT, LTR, NR credits, dormant account activation, post business hours transactions etc.)
- Develop and digitize various branch reports and provide critical transaction level alerts for the regional operations and service channel for their onsite visit.
- Drive branch performance based on branch score card.
- Sharing of knowledge bytes.
- Preparing and sharing common observation and best practices followed by the branches.
- Tracking and closure of all internal audit observations.
- Continuous engagement with various stakeholders in the organization to improve operational & service efficiency at branches.
- Required set of reports scheduled within stipulated time.
Graduation: Bachelor\'s in Engineering / Technology / Math\'s / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / Management
Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
