Job Overview:

As a Associate in Govt. and Public Sector Advisory, you will play a key role in supporting our clients by conducting research, analysing data, and offering insights. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with limited experience to grow their career in consulting. You will collaborate with teams to develop solutions that meet clients' needs, deliver presentations, and contribute to business development efforts. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct research and analyse data to generate actionable insights and recommendations for clients.

- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions to address client challenges.

- Participate in client meetings and workshops, providing analytical support.

- Assist in preparing and delivering presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

- Build and maintain relationships with clients, contributing to business development efforts.

- Support the development of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

- Learn and grow by working closely with experienced team members and contributing to the team's overall success.

Qualifications:

- Education: MBA or equivalent qualification

- Experience: 0-1 years of experience in consulting, government advisory, or a related field. Freshers are encouraged to apply.

- Skills:

- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Compensation:

- Salary Range: 20000 - 25000 per month
