We are seeking detail-oriented and organized Associates/Executives for corporate accounts and finance management of multiple businesses. This role encompasses a wide range of financial and operational responsibilities across various functions to ensure seamless business processes. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining financial accuracy, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Accounting Management: Handle accounting tasks, including ledger entries, reconciliations, and balance sheet preparation.
Asset Management: Assist in tracking and managing company assets to optimize resource allocation.
Banking and Payments: Manage banking transactions, payments, and bank reconciliation.
Billing and Invoicing: Generate accurate invoices, reconcile payments, and ensure timely billing.
Budgeting and Projections: Collaborate on budget creation, tracking, and financial projections.
Compliance Oversight: Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Employee Benefits: Administer employee benefits and manage related documentation.
Taxation Management: Prepare/Assist in tax filing, TDS calculations, and liaise with tax authorities.
Payroll Processing: Handle payroll calculations, salary disbursement, and associated documentation.
Procurement and Sourcing: Assist in procurement activities, sourcing vendors, and managing vendor relationships.
Work Process Optimization: Contribute to refining and streamlining operational processes.
Document Management: Maintain accurate documentation for financial and operational activities.
Regulatory Registrations: Handle registrations, renewals, and compliance with relevant authorities.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze profit and loss statements, trial balances, and other financial reports.
Stakeholder Account Management: Prepare file tax returns for stakeholders.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical aptitude to review financial data and identify discrepancies.
Organizational Abilities: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial and operational tasks.
Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills for internal and external interactions.
Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with tax regulations, compliance standards, and financial reporting.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in relevant financial software, MS Excel, and documentation tools.
Process Improvement Mindset: Eagerness to contribute to process optimization and operational efficiency.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address issues and find solutions in a proactive manner.
