Learn more .*Responsibilities: The person will be required to carry following responsibilities: - \xc2\xb7 Work on-site with clients to provide high quality advice and deliverables \xc2\xb7 Manage client engagements and ensure that we deliver the best solutions for clients \xc2\xb7 Build existing client relationships and support operations to add to current client portfolio. Help prepare client proposals, tenders and reports on an ongoing basis \xc2\xb7 Maintain a \xe2\x80\x98best practice\xe2\x80\x99 working environment in terms of compliance, risk, financial management, etc. \xc2\xb7 Work on building and rolling out new value propositions for our clients \xc2\xb7 Provide training to other members of the team as and when required*Mandatory skill setsCompetency/Capability/Experiences Skills \xc2\xb7 Ability to run high intensity workshops to develop business requirements \xc2\xb7 Development of demonstrations to provide solution proof \xc2\xb7 Support development of proposals and statement of work to include drafting estimation of effort/cost \xc2\xb7 Delivered 3-4 large implementations or equivalent \xc2\xb7 Uses creative ways to find solutions \xc2\xb7 Able to identify performance bottlenecks and fix it \xc2\xb7 Is certified on latest product at desired levels \xc2\xb7 Great Team Player \xc2\xb7 Proficient in Delivery methodology (Sure Step Preferable) \xc2\xb7 Can plan and organize delivery of solution \xc2\xb7 3 to 8 years of relevant work experience \xc2\xb7 Excellent leadership skills \xc2\xb7 Strong communication and interpersonal skills \xc2\xb7 D365 Finance and Operations experience is must. Proficient in Trade and Logistics implementations. Experience on AP, AR, GL. \xc2\xb7 implementations. \xc2\xb7 ERP functional design and consulting experience \xc2\xb7 Ability to work with senior stakeholders \xc2\xb7 Track record of DMS/ERP implementation experience either as team member or team leader.
