Existing Maintenance Contract timely, Conversion, Renewal & Recapture. 3. Responsible for timely sales collection. 4. Renegotiation expiring contract proactively. 5. Respond and Resolve Cancellation Risk, Monitor and Resolve Suspended Contract. 6. Defend Price escalation and resolve issue. 7. Handling team grievances and provide immediate response. 8. Responsible for customer requirement with evaluating of market. Preferences from elevators industry.
