Purpose of the Role



We are looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable problem solver to join our marketing team. As Associate Visual Designer at More, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered designs for our in-store and digital marketing. You will collaborate closely with brand manager, product managers and content strategy head to create high-quality user centric artworks that delight our customers.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Design Projects: Create graphics for various marketing materials, including social media posts, email newsletters, website banners, print materials, and more.
• Conceptualize and Create Visuals: Generate creative ideas and concepts for visual content that effectively communicates our brand message and engages our target audience.
• Execute Design Tasks: Use design tools to execute design tasks and bring concepts to life.
• Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure that all visual assets adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different platforms and mediums.
• Support Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the development of visual elements for marketing campaigns, including digital advertisements, event promotions, and product launches.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, content, and other cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet objectives.
• Stay Updated on Design Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, design techniques, and best practices to continually enhance your skills and contribute fresh ideas to the team.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Design, or a related field who can create visually enticing, consistent and meaningful designs.
• Candidate must have degree or certification in the field of Graphic Design/UI Design/Communication Design
• Must have 1-2 years of prior experience
• Demonstrated experience with detail-oriented human-centered design approaches
• Demonstrates strong visual design skills
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator or similar compositing and vector tools
• Knowledge of Figma to collaborate with product designers and developers
• Knowledge with Adobe After Effects to create dynamic motion design for products is a plus
• Skills in video editing, animation will be an added advantage
