Responsibilities:
Employee Life Cycle Management:
- Oversee and manage the entire employee life cycle, including onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding.
Technology Platform Implementation & Effectiveness:
- Lead the implementation and ensure the effectiveness of technology platforms related to HR processes.
Policy and SOP Design:
- Develop and design comprehensive company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.
Employee Engagement Programs:
- Measure the effectiveness of employee engagement initiatives and communication plans.
- Implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and foster a positive work culture.
Employer Branding:
- Design and cultivate a strong employer brand that positively influences talent retention.
- Work on strategies to enhance the organization\'s reputation as an employer of choice.
Talent Acquisition:
- Take charge of Talent Acquisition with a focus on acquiring the right talent for a growing startup.
- Streamline recruitment processes and ensure a robust pipeline of skilled professionals.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum 16-18 years of overall HR experience, with a significant period in the BPO sector.
- Proven experience in startup environments, demonstrating adaptability and strategic thinking.
Education:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master\'s degree preferred.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in implementing and managing HR technology platforms.
- Thorough understanding of BPO operations and challenges.
