Job Description
:1) Ability to handle team of 30-50 professionals spread across 8-9 sub-teams2) Expected to work in close collaboration with the team and clients on transformation analytics projects for Utilities in Credit Collections3) Well versed with Data management and Governance4) Assist in learning and development of team members5) Take lead in Business development activities RFP/ POV/ POCKey Responsibility:1) Strong ability to translate functional specifications/ requirement to technical requirements2) Complete understanding of current state of affairs and problem statement3) Experience in Data extraction and manipulation4) In-depth data analysis like identifying major trends, univariate and bivariate analysis5) Developing analytical solutions and models leveraging analytical tools SAS/R6) Process AutomationProfile:1) 9+ years of experience in Analytics2) Excecllent communication and presentation skills3) Excellent in team management, client management and conflict management skills4) Model development experience in SAS/R5) Data analysis experience6) Should be able to lead multiple teams independently and manage client ready deliverables
