Location: India-VadodaraJOB PURPOSETo ensure Manufacturing Operations with safe & defined quality parametersJob Area: Blender / Extruder / Packaging /QA/ Utility-Silo all area in Production.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow site EHS norms / standard and demonstrate continual improvement initiatives at his work area.
• Maintain his area clean as per Lean 5S standard and sets example for others in keeping their area clean.
• Take initiative, self-directed and exhibit high motivational levels. To meet manufacturing metrics; assist as required on strategic projects / initiatives and drive kaizen implementation / process - quality improvement at work area. Take interest in solving problem.
• Willingly help others beyond his work area.
• Grasp fast and go into details of work initiated / assigned. Seek answers for unknown from colleagues.
• Discipline in behavior & responsible to follow standard at work area assumes responsibility for own mistake and make corrections.
• See change as a tool for improvement. Demonstrate flexibility and self-motivation to meet functional requirement.
• Filling of logbooks and respective area documentation with detailed down time, corrective action, COT time, lot data sheet with accountability & effective communication to next shifts.

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 3 years experience
• Computer literacy
• Good knowledge about Mfg. Process & equipments
• Knowledge - Plastics compounding Manufacturing related Process & Procedure
• Skills - Safety orientation and appreciation of safety systems. Plan & implement activities relating to his area.
• Abilities - Understand, follow & implement SOPs and EHS norms. Take initiatives & sustain improvements
