As an Associate Data Steward, you will be responsible for ensuring top-quality data required to perform commercial operations in multiple systems and applications. These include Health Care Professionals, Health Care Organizations, Products, Consumers, and other data objects depending on the currently defined scope and business needs.Accountabilities:Your role will involve processing Data Change Requests related to Health Care Master data, conducting matching and merging of HCM records, onboarding external data sets, and implementing data quality initiatives. You will also collaborate with Commercial Organization business users to understand and meet their requirements related to data availability, completeness, and quality.Essential Skills/Experience:Experience in Data Management Operations in Pharma or FMCG industryGood understanding of data quality and data management principlesExperience in data analysis and data processing activitiesAbility to effectively estimate task completion timingsAdvanced knowledge of MS ExcelKnowledge of database concepts and toolsIntermediate or advanced knowledge of SQLHigh level of attention to detailsProactive, analytical and investigative mindsetCustomer Service attitudeProven track record in identification and implementation of process improvementsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficient in MS Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)Ability to think independently and provide recommendations to stakeholdersWorking experience with Veeva CRMWorking experience with Reltio MDM or other Master Data Management solutionUnderstanding for Transparency reporting requirements and practices in Pharma industryAble to present data and reports in an easily understandable formatAbility to build dashboards in PowerBIWorking knowledge of programming languages such as PythonWhen we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
