We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Associate to join our Charge Entry Department. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in charge entry and a strong understanding of medical billing processes. The Associate will be responsible for accurately entering charges into the system, ensuring compliance with billing regulations, and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Accurately enter charges into the billing system

- Review and verify all charge information for accuracy and completeness

- Ensure compliance with billing regulations and guidelines

- Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to charge entry

- Communicate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing information

- Assist with training new team members on charge entry processes

- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all charge entry activities

Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of experience in charge entry or a related field

- Strong understanding of medical billing processes and regulations

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and billing software

- High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate's degree preferred
