Associate Technical Project Manager

Sunflower Lab is a leading US-based software development company. We are looking for extremely smart and talented people to join our team in Vadodara, Gujarat as associate technical Project Manager. Our current team strength is 150+ and we have completed 300+ projects and counting. Our wide-range capabilities have opened up horizons for us to create products and services for sectors like Health Care, Finance, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Telecommunication, Oil & Gas, Event & Entertainment, etc.
Sunflower Lab is currently looking for extremely smart and talented people to join our team in Vadodara, Gujarat. The selected individuals will be part of the full process from beginning to production.
1. OBJECTIVE
- Looking for Technical Project Manager who live journey as developer (in past) and continue their journey in IT industry , who are passionate about to project management and enjoys collaboration, love agile framework and carries appetite for learning and sharing knowledge to make an impact on project delivery.
2. REQUIRMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES (BASIC LEVEL)
- Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
- Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
- Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
- Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
- Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
- Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.
- Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.
- Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
- Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.
- Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
3. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS (BASIC LEVEL)
- A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or master\'s degree in a related field.
- Certified Scrum Master is must.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in project management.
- Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
- Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
- Experience as a IT project manager, or ERP project manager.
- Able to complete projects in a timely manner.
- Understanding of ERP implementation is a plus.
- Budget management experience is a plus.
