We seek an experienced and highly skilled Fullstack Technical Lead to join our team. As a Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in architecting SaaS or enterprise-level applications, leading a team of developers, and ensuring the overall success of our projects. Role and Responsibilities:
- Architect and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise-level applications.
- Provide technical leadership to the development team, guiding them in the design and implementation of software solutions.
- Ensure code quality, security, and performance of applications through effective code reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, etc., to define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay at the forefront of technology advancements by researching and implementing new trends and technologies.
- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 6+ years of relevant experience in Fullstack technologies such as Python, Django, MySQL, AWS, Azure Cloud, etc.
- Must have good hands-on experience in advanced concepts of Django, Flask, DRF, MySQL, DBMS, etc.
- Strong understanding of SaaS application architectures, microservices, monolithic, and REST APIs.
- Experienced in front-end technologies such as HTML/CSS, Bootstrap, Javascript, etc., and experience in ReactJS, which is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Git, GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes, Containerised Deployments, CI/CD pipelines, etc
- Good experience in different Cloud services in AWS and Azure, etc., for Deployments, Storage, etc.
- Strong knowledge of coding standards and non-functional aspects such as Security & Performance for any application.
- Having experience in JIRA, Agile methodologies, and other PMO activities for project management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with a focus on technical excellence.
