Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the lead teacher in creating and implementing engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum.

2. Assist in developing and maintaining a positive and respectful classroom environment where students feel safe and encouraged to participate.

3. Provide one-on-one and small group instruction to students to reinforce learning concepts and promote academic growth.

4. Assess students' progress through regular evaluations and provide feedback to help them improve their performance.

5. Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to enhance the overall learning experience and contribute to a vibrant school community.

6. Supervise students during recess, lunch breaks, and other non-classroom activities to ensure their safety and well-being.

7. Attend staff meetings, professional development workshops, and parent-teacher conferences to stay updated on best practices and maintain effective communication channels.
