AXA XL is creating a new Center of Excellence to bring deeper labor market expertise on emerging skills, talent pools and competitors. These critical data insights will be instrumental in partnership with our business leaders, HR Partners and talent acquisition teams globally. DISCOVER your opportunity What will your essential responsibilities include? The Associate, TSI will bring a hands approach execution of the below responsibilities:
  • Candidate will be instrumental in the delivery of Global Talent Sourcing and Intelligence deliverables, including, but not limited to:
    • Competitor and market research and intelligence
    • Proactive market mapping
    • Preliminary candidate identification
    • Collaboration with Global TA and HR teams on search strategy
  • Business insights to fuel future needs definition
  • Labor market expertise to define emerging skills
  • Proactive potential external candidate development, engagement and pipelining
  • Provide an analysis of company and industry information from a range of sources and identifies executives in target companies and positions on an ongoing, proactive basis
  • Offer specialized attention and detailed engagement to all early sourcing initiatives, allowing TA teams to focus solely on recruitment
  • Identify and prioritize target companies through market research
  • Develop specialist knowledge and insights into the trends, strategies and characteristics of the insurance/reinsurance sector and its leaders with special focus on the specific functions (pilot likely to include several key areas of Global Technology, Data and Analytics, Risk and Finance)
  • Participate on hiring intake calls with Global HR and Business leaders.

  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Marketing , Data/Analytics or other related disciplines.
  • Must bring proven experience in providing global research, sourcing, knowledge and trend operations/functions.
  • Depth of experience and passion for market research and intelligence.
  • Experience in the global financial services or insurance industries is ideal.
  • Experience communicating with and influencing senior leadership as well as framing discussions to gain valuable feedback and experience across a multitude of diverse stakeholders.
