Department : Talent AcquisitionHow you might spend your daysAs an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner, your key responsibilities will be to:Understanding job description and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement.
Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources including, internal databases, job boards, head-hunting, and networking.
Acquire a thorough understanding of job requisition for required competencies, skills, and knowledge required of successful applicants from the Hiring Manager
Build and strengthen candidate relationships to be able to network and headhunt passive job seekers

We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience within Recruitment.
Having non-IT recruitment experience is a plus point
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Excel
