Department : Talent AcquisitionHow you might spend your daysAs an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner, your key responsibilities will be to:Understanding job description and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement.
Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources including, internal databases, job boards, head-hunting, and networking.
Acquire a thorough understanding of job requisition for required competencies, skills, and knowledge required of successful applicants from the Hiring Manager
Build and strengthen candidate relationships to be able to network and headhunt passive job seekers
Should be able to take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process.Who you areWe care about who you are as a person. In the end, how you work, and your energy is what impacts the effort we do as a team. As a person, you:

Meeting the hiring numbers within the time frame
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once
Very good initiation & negotiation skills
Ability to maintain database and generate reports.Ability to work successfully and professionally with all levels of employees and management.The miles you've walkedIn all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience within Recruitment.
Having non-IT recruitment experience is a plus point
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Excel
