Job Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent to meet the hiring needs of our organisation. You will leverage various sourcing techniques, including social media, networking, and talent databases, to build pipelines of qualified candidates for both current and future openings. This role requires a deep understanding of the recruitment landscape, market trends, and best practices in talent sourcing.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development:
Proactively source, screen, and engage top-tier talent using online databases, social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor), job boards, and professional networks.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for both current open roles and future hiring needs.
Develop sourcing strategies that align with business needs and deliver high-quality candidates in a timely manner.
Work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand specific position requirements and team dynamics.
Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on candidate profiles and hiring needs.
Regularly update hiring managers on the status of the pipeline and recruitment efforts.
Stay updated on industry trends, talent market movements, and competitor activities to ensure the recruitment strategy is aligned with market conditions.
Conduct market mapping exercises to identify and target potential talent pools.
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Engage passive candidates through personalised outreach and build long-term relationships with high-potential talent.
Track sourcing performance through key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate conversion rates).
Provide regular reporting on sourcing outcomes, pipeline status, and candidate experience.
Support employer branding initiatives through social media engagement, networking events, and targeted outreach.
Participate in job fairs, virtual events, and recruitment drives to enhance the company's presence in the talent market.

Education:
MBA, MCOM
Skills & Abilities:.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and internal teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with multiple priorities.
