We are seeking a dedicated and experienced System Software Engineer to join our dynamic IT support team. This role requires providing 24x7 support to ensure the stability, performance, and reliability of our applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the flexibility to work in a rotational shift environment.
Provide round-the-clock support for critical applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
Monitor application performance and respond to incidents and outages promptly.
Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.
Log, track, and resolve application-related incidents using our ticketing system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Assist in the deployment of application updates, patches, and bug fixes.
Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of applications.
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, addressing their application-related queries and issues.
Document resolutions and create knowledge base articles for common issues.
Identify areas for improvement in application performance and reliability.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of support activities, configurations, and procedures.
