Position Overview:

The Boeing Communications & Collaboration (C&C) Product Family is looking for an Associate System Design & Integration Specialist-Enterprise SharePoint with experience to support the Enterprise SharePoint platforms in Bangalore, India. The administrator will support customers (with restricted access) and focus on key objectives and priorities using Agile and SAFe Methodologies.

A successful candidate will understand the importance of SharePoint as the position will focus on working directly with the Communication & Collaboration (C&C) Product Family \xe2\x80\x93 SharePoint Team to implement Product Delivery efforts to enable C&C to meet their Program Increment (PI) goals.

• Experience with web interfaces and user experience
• Provide application support for product maintenance and enhancements
• Engage with Agile team by vetting end user requirements to design prototypes, test plans for end users and release/deployment plan
• Project Management
• On-Call Support

Position Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement/Communication
• SharePoint Customer Support - requests/tickets
• Indirect support - Monitoring/Alerts, observed issues
• SharePoint Customer Support - requests/tickets
• SharePoint Service Consultation for new site creations
• Troubleshooting end-user customer issues
• Support level 3 Operational Support (MIM, Escalations, Customers)
• Support Development team and Operation Applications

• On-Call Level 3 Operational Duty Rotation Support (Escalations, Customers)
• Help Center and Knowledge Articles Creation
• Demo\xe2\x80\x99s / Showcase / Presentations
• Microsoft support engagements
• Microsoft support problem cases

Basic Qualification (Required Skills / Experience):

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Familiarity with SharePoint features and administration
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years\' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years\' related work experience, 5 years\' related work experience, etc.).
