Our fully integrated services are tailored to plan and manage projects using proven best practices.IT Shared Service Function is a centralized support function to provide services to various Systra office location across globe in collaboration with global and respective local IT teams.We are seeking applications for the position of Associate System Administrator who will report to IT Operations Manager in our Noida location, and the role will be functionally aligned with the Global IT team. Missions/Main Duties:Primary responsibilities of this role are as follows:Windows server administration:-Install, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade Microsoft Windows server operating systems and application software and optimize the same-Server hardware break/fix support & Operational acceptance for new production servers-Manage Windows Security& Manage Users and Access Privileges.-Operating System patching, changes, upgrades, service pack, and security application hot fix installs whenever requiredVMWARE Administration:-Administrating ESXi servers and Virtual machines through Virtual centers which includes working with Snapshots, Templates and Clones & Migrating of Virtual machines with Motion. Also, Creating, Managing and Configuring Virtual machines-Managing Users, Groups, Permissions and Roles for Vmware, Managing Tasks, Events and Alarms for VMware-Server rebuilds and configuration with SOE (standard Operating Environment)-Experience with high availability and disaster recovery solutions and tools including clustering, load balancing, etc.Storage Administration:-Good understanding of related storage technologies e.g. SAN, NAS using block storage, NFS and ISCSI.-LUN creation and functioning Profile/Skills:Minimum Qualification and experience Requirement:Master of Computer Applications, B.E or Diploma in Computer scienceExperience of at least 1 -5 years as System Administrator or Sr. Desktop executiveGood understanding of Microsoft and VMware environments:Administration Office 365 (Exchange, Sharepoint)Administration Active Directory, ADFS, Azure AD, Scripting (PowerShell)Knowledge of VMware VSphere 6 Environment knowledgeExpertise in handling EDR, Antivirus and other security solutionsCertifications (ITIL, Microsoft Cloud,) preferredExperience in working with Global IT team is preferredTeam player, geek mindsetEager to learnGood communication skills are a must :We commit to put people who join us at the heart of improving transportation and urban infrastructure efficiency.
