Position Overview:

Boeing India Supply Chain Team currently looking for an Associate Supply Chain Analyst - Inventory Management to join team in Bangalore, India. This team seeks a highly-skilled and motivated individual.

This is an individual contributor position in a growing global organization. The individual will partner with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to support BCA Business.

The ideal candidate must enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment. He or she must be flexible to accommodate business requirements that span multiple time zones and may require travel, having international experience working with diverse groups and cultures will be an added advantage. The ability to multi task & delivers within timelines is essential. Practical knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of tools is preferred

Position Responsibilities:

  • Serves as a team member of Associate Supply Chain Analysts managing Inventory for the Enterprise (all business units as applicable) in India Supply Chain organization
  • Works closely with the Supply Chain teams in US to support Inventory management and optimization as agreed with business units, while driving compliance to the process and improvement of the processes. Will be responsible for meeting the agreed KPIs.
  • Meets operating plan to monitor and improve performance to plan.
  • Performs inventory management activities - Inventory Count, Slow and non-moving inventory analysis and supports the team in making right decision to utilize the slow-moving inventory and optimize the cost.
  • Executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
  • Provides management of inventory and leads process improvements. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
  • Develops, analyzes and maintains processes, tools, information and industry best practices in support of Inventory Management including self-governance or compliance, process performance, measurement and improvement, training, supply chain planning and optimization. Designs, extracts, analyzes and prepares reports
  • Determines and reports compliance to internal/external requirements. Conducts management of MRP systems on inventory reconciliation, charging issues in procurement and planning systems

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

5-8 years of experience in Supply chain, Inventory management and Procurement support

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • B.E, Degree with 5-8 years of Supply chain, Inventory management, Procurement support

Typical Education & Experience:

Typically, 5-8 years related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. bachelor, master, etc.) preferred but not required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Data Analytics Tools
