This role underpins the maintenance & governance of enterprise visualization platforms. This role requires a global remit with up to 3 regions at a minimum of 40% of overlap time, will report into IGNITE \xe2\x80\x93 EAI&Viz \xe2\x80\x93 Visualization Platform Service Lead.We are recruiting for engineers to be based at our GITC site - Chennai. As an engineer you will support solution development, provide technical leadership, and take responsibility for delivery. You are a T-shaped engineer, a person with a broad range of knowledge and experience across Visualisation platforms like Spotfire, PowerBI, Qliksense.Explain what the role involvesWhat you\xe2\x80\x99ll doAs a support analyst, you will assist end users with their Spotfire related queries and issues. You will provide troubleshooting assistance, resolve technical problems, and offer guidance on best practices.
