They work closely with travel agencies, United travel departments, and corporate clients.Job overview and responsibilitiesWe are looking for an experienced creative designer to join the United for Business Marketing team. The Marketing Design role will work closely with marketing segment owners for compelling and relevant creative development and will assume responsibility for our marketing asset platforms and delivery mechanisms.

• Concept and develop customer-facing materials (such as slides, flyers, banners, HTML, etc) that support United for Business marketing objectives and conform to brand standards
• Strong understanding of print media design for various projects such as event booth design, invitations, collaterals, mockups, etc.
• Coordinate with external media and creative agencies to ensure thorough and thoughtful creation and execution of design projects
• Manage the currency and relevancy of content within United for Business digital asset management tools; make and initiate recommendations on continuous content improvement
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project goals and deadlines
• Provide unique and innovative design solutions to the team and convince them to make the right design choices
• Video editing experience is an added advantage

• Bachelor\'s degree or 4 years of relevant work experience in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Media Arts, Creative/Design or similar
• 2+ years of relevant design experience
• Creative design programs (Adobe Suite preferred)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Must be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorship

Preferred

• Master\'s degree
• 1+ years of marketing and/or sales experience
• Experience with digital asset management tools/software
• Working experience with video editing and animations
