And together, we must leverage the strength of our team to collaborate globally to optimize connections and share best practices across the Tech Centers.Role OverviewAn Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and supporting the infrastructure that enables an organization's IT systems and services to run smoothly. This includes working with hardware, networking, virtualization, cloud environments, and security systems to ensure the organization's IT infrastructure is efficient, reliable, and scalable. Infrastructure engineers often work closely with software engineers, IT support teams, and system administrators to optimize performance, mitigate risks, and deliver high-quality services to end-users.What will you do in this role:

• Manage the design, procurement, installation, upgrading, operation, control, maintenance, and effective use of specific technology services.

• Follow standard approaches and established design patterns to create new designs for simple systems or system components. Apply agreed standards and tools to achieve a well-engineered result.

• Carry out agreed system software development and maintenance tasks by updating the product design to automate routine system administration tasks using standard tools and software development practices.

• Contribute to adoption of existing Technology Engineering community practices within the products where you work.

• Work within a matrix organizational structure, reporting to both the functional manager and the Product manager.

• Participate in Product planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with Product goals.

What should you have:

• Bachelorsxe2x80x99 degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any Technology stream.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience working with network and system administration for Windows servers 2016-2022 with Terminal Services installed
• Cloud and Virtualization Platforms: Proficiency with cloud end user virtualization technologies (Azure Virtual Desktop single and multi-user, AWS Workspaces, and Microsoft RDS) platforms.
• Networking: Understanding of TCP/IP protocol, basic troubleshooting, verification of open ports general understanding of network components. .
• Operating Systems: Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 client OS and nice to have Windows 2016-2022 RDSH knowledge.
• Scripting and Automation: Skills in scripting languages PowerShell and Azure CLI and Python.
• Security Best Practices: Familiarity with IT security practices and compliance.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Process and methodologies: Foundational knowledge of ITIL methodology. (Incident, Problem and Change management, Experience with ServiceNow and Jira
• Product and customer-centric approach.
• Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Strong understanding of and adherence to organizational processes and policies.
