This candidate will also prepare reports on performance and traffic data to assist our management teams. He or she will assist in creation of new interest-based or thematic stores based on the inputs of the Marketing Manager.Key job responsibilities
1. Coordinate with multiple teams to provide thorough, engaging and high conversion customer experience by -
\xc2\xb7 Owning sections of store merchandising and curations
\xc2\xb7 Running and analyzing performance reports
. Creating content for homepage and store properties
\xc2\xb7 driving experiments to improve metrics
\xc2\xb7 Learning Merchandising tools and widgets
\xc2\xb7 Assist execution of the plan as per site merchandising calendar. This includes email programs, cross-category placements, developing and executing Amazon site-wide events and search results
\xc2\xb7 Assist in developing merchandising for large wide promotions, and work closely with category managers and merchandising team to schedule promotions
\xc2\xb7 Support the creation of emails, category pages, brand stores, campaigns, and develop and manage traffic and engagement improvement projects
\xc2\xb7 Synthesize and analyze relevant content/traffic metrics. Identify customer triggers and barriers by using surveys, in-depth research and customer immersions2. Understand and use merchandising and customer-facing metrics to guide decision making3. Identify opportunities for automation, and scale winning experiences4. Improve performance of paid traffic channels by partnering with all traffic-driving mechanisms (Search, Affiliates, Email, SEO etc.)BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor\'s degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with ExcelPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
