Do you have experience from the pump industry combined with a commercial mindset? Do you want to use your broad technical knowledge and deep customer understanding to support our local Service organization and act as a mentor for the Service Professionals?What is the job about?As a Associate Service Specialist, you will apply broad expert technical knowledge and after-sales service to the regional/global market for Grundfos supplied services and solutions. Responsible for maintaining and developing service programs for products, service centres and partners and troubleshooting methodology for new and existing products. Demonstrates high degree of understanding of customer needsYour main responsibilities:

• Provide senior level after-sales service technical expertise - at pump and system/application level.
• Analyse CRM/installed base data to generate leads to service sales engineers.
• Offer expertise technical support to the service technicians in connection with specific service cases.
• Provide service-related product training and technical support to customers and colleagues for new and existing products and their applications.
• Participate in new product introduction and quality teams.
• Analyse failure data and report findings to support corrective action activities.

Your Background:

• Experience managing defined processes within the service environment.
• Possess industry experience within a business environment; experience working in a large manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
• Most likely to have 2-4 years of relevant work experience before entering level besides formal education
• Solid knowledge of the plans, processes and activities within the functional area in the service environment
• Strong ability influence others

• Possess a great understanding of the relevant systems, local laws and regulations where applicable, for the service environment.
