Mynvax Private Limited is seeking an applicant with experience in developing and scaling vaccine manufacturing technologies to join our team in Bangalore, India. We are a start-up, established at the Indian Institute of Science, in 2017, developing novel recombinant vaccines for protection from Influenza and Covid. More information is available at https://www.mynvax.com Responsibilities Perform HPLC analysis for recombinant proteins, protein formulations, DS and DP Personnel should have hands-on expertise towards method development, method qualification and method validation as per ICH guidelines for analytical methods. Should be able to perform a wide variety of HPLC analyses for release of raw materials, in-process, DS, DP, and stability samples. Prepare and maintain documentation on QC as per regulatory standards. Maintain/support laboratory programs such as calibration/preventive maintenance, IQ/OQ/PQ Prepares and reviews project reports, SOPs, and other documents to ensure compliance to Mynvax\'s Quality Management System and contribute to audits as required. The person must be able to work independently. Qualifications Should possess working knowledge of biomolecular chromatography, specially HPLC. M.Sc., M. Tech or PhD with 2-4 years of bio pharmaceutical industry hands-on experience as HPLC analyst. Must have operational knowledge, calibration and troubleshooting of different types of HPLC instruments in performing the role.
