• Overall adherence to safe practices and procedures of oneself and the teams aligned

• Ensure all assigned mandatory trainings related to data integrity, health, and safety measures are completed on time by all members of the team including self
• Compliance to Syngene\' s quality standards at all times

Core Purpose of the Role :

• Experience in purification methods like affinity, GFC, IEX , HIC, IMAC
• Knowledge of protein analytics - SDS PAGE, endotoxin measurements, analytics,SE HPLC
• Expertise in troubleshooting purification methods
• Development of new methods of purification for tagless protein
• Good documentation practice.

Role Accountabilities: Able to purify Antibody from different expression system, purify reagent proteins. Specific requirements for this role:

• Experience 6-9 years
• Demonstrated Capability for protein purification and analytics
• Education: M.Sc in Biotech/Microbiology/Biochemistry
