Core Purpose of the Role: Independently perform synthetic chemistry reactions, reactions work -up, purifications, interpretation of spectral data and handling of analytical instruments

Role Accountabilities: * Perform synthetic chemistry reactions, reactions workup, purification of the compounds by column chromatography, crystallization, re-crystallization techniques, preparative TLC and operating the lab equipments.

• Handling of HPLC instruments for purity and Assay analysis for running projects.
• Handling of KF instrument for check the moisture content for raw materials, solvents and product.
• Record the observations of experiment/reaction, results, utilization of resources and other activities related to the reaction in the laboratory or emotebook following guidelines and in timely manner and ensure that the same is handled safely and confidentially.
• Checking the equipment\'s readiness to initiate the manufacturing activity and ensure the raw materials, cleanliness before bringing it inside the plant.
• Maintain always keeping of the working area clean.
• Update and maintain the logbooks and daily checklists.
• Sample submission to QC and fallow up for analysis reports.
• Must have good hold on MS office (word, excel, ppt), outlook, and other essential tools required for routine activity.
