Department DetailsRole SummaryImpurity Management for API Synthetic:
This position is responsible to ensure that all work required to synthesize the impurities required for various API development program. The role includes planning, delivering on time quantities of required impurities at best cost and optimized equipment utilization.Key Responsibilities
- Isolation and characterization of Impurities using preparative HPLC.
- Calibration and maintenance of HPLC, Prep HPLC, KF and Lyophiliser instruments.
- Identification of unknown impurities in OOS / OOT samples
- Requalification and correction factor establishment of impurities in Synthetic and CIP projects.
- CoA generation and Inventory management of impurities
- Support to API commercial team, GF and all site QC for impurity requirements in synthetic and CIP projects.
- Compliance and Impurity Record management to support customer and agency queries.
Required Experience: 5 - 12 years
