Role Summary

• Characterization of peptides and small molecules with Liquid Chromatography and High-resolution mass spectrometry (LC-HRMS, LC-MS/MS) for structural elucidation, impurities profiling.
• Spectroscopy (UV-Visible, Circular Dichroism, Spectrofluorometer), Capillary Electrophoresis, and analytical method development, method validation. Impurities profiling and characterization of peptides impurities, small molecules with LC-HRMS and tandem mass spectrometry.
• Knowledge of liquid chromatography, ionization, mass spectrometry fundamentals, general analytical chemistry is must for characterization of small and large molecules.
• Method development and method validation for characterization of peptides on spectroscopy (UV-Visible, CD, Fluorescence, etc) and capillary electrophoresis instruments.

Key Responsibilities
