Experience on live mandates and deal closure will be preferred.
Ability to build an understanding of an industry
Provide support to the team in executing debt raise/restricting transactions
Risk Management
Support on marketing pitches
Prepare deliverables for engagement
Conducted analysis of transaction risks and ways to mitigate them
Understanding transaction structure and basis it advised on structuring issuesSkills and attributesTo qualify for the role you must have
QualificationCA or MBA from a premier institute with good academic background and high scores in finance/ economics and management subject
Good communication both written and oral (including report writing)
Analytical skills
Should be well conversant with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
