Overview Experience required 3-4 years Experience as SAP Basis-administrator with SAP ERP,SAP BW on HANA, Solution Manager, SAP SCM & Integration Suite Basic understanding of SAP FICO/MM/PS Modules. Knowledge of ABAP or Fiori will be an added advantage. Your Duties And Responsibilities Implement and maintain SAP instances Raise OSS to SAP Maintain integrity of the SAP environment Ensure data backup Design and Implement an optimal SAP configuration to maximize system performance and availability System support and troubleshooting Documentation of SAP BASIS/ADMIN processes and procedures System monitoring Create and Maintain master data for all modules. Create and maintain access and roles in SAP. Support for L1 tickets in SAP. Work with AMS partners to provide solutions for SAP queries/issues/custom requests. Work closely with the Finance & Technology team to understand the integration requirements and suggest the integration approaches to be considered. Perform POC & troubleshooting to validate the Integration Plan. Willingness to learn new areas in SAP Skills SAP Basis Administration -60% Support with BASIS Administration Master Data Management Experience as SAP Basis-administrator with SAP ERP,SAP BW on HANA, Solution Manager, SAP SCM Solid background in technical analysis and troubleshooting SAP Cloud Technology & Integration -40 % Conceptual understanding of SAP Cloud technology i.e. SAP BTP, SAP CPI, Cloud Connector, etc. Ability to self-learn and help to implement SAP cloud technology products.
