Job Title: Associate - Salesforce Marketing CloudCareer Level - C2Introduction to Role:Join our dynamic team at AstraZeneca as an Associate in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role offers the opportunity to challenge the status quo and reimagine our processes. You will be creating Data Streams and Data Model objects, configuring IR, and ensuring the understanding of systems architecture to craft scalable performance-driven solutions.Accountabilities:As an Associate, you will be responsible for implementing data integration processes, managing the technical delivery of custom development, and building solutions that utilize out-of-the-box features in Salesforce Data/Marketing Cloud. You will also be encouraged to engage with customers to evaluate and recommend optimization strategies for technical architecture, dev/ops, performance, and solution design specific to Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.Essential Skills/Experience:5 to 7 years of experience in SFDC and SFMC (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Interaction Studio, Einstein, Automation studio etc.)Experience in gathering and documenting requirements for marketing applicationsFull life cycle implementation experience using various SDLC methodologies.Excellent interpersonal skills in both verbal and written EnglishStrong customer service focusEngaging and friendly personalityCollaborative, flexible and a team playerExperience with marketing campaign design and implementation and/or with brand teams, executing promotions or campaigns.Experience with technologies and processes for content management systems, digital asset management software, web content managementExperience with technologies and processes for mobile and social media technologies, solutions, and strategiesExperience with marketing customer data modelsWhen we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
