Job Description

As an Associate Salesforce Developer at InnoWave, you will be responsible for supporting the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with senior developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a developer with 1-3 years of experience to grow their skills and contribute to exciting projects.



Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with senior developers and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Assist in the integration of Salesforce with other systems and applications.
• Perform data migrations and ensure data quality and integrity within Salesforce.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and features and provide recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
• Maintain documentation of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and processes.
• Provide end-user support and training as needed.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce declarative development.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing rules.
• Experience with Salesforce integration tools and techniques (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I is a must; Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
