Position: ASSOCIATE SALES SUPPORT to the global Mobility & IOT Business Team
Work Location: Work from Office, Mindspace Business Park, Malad (West) Mumbai.
1) Main Role / Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update sales records, including customer information, orders, and contracts, in the company\'s database or CRM system.
- Assist in processing sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of products or services to customers
- Coordinate with other departments, such as product, Presales, finance, to fulfill customer orders and resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Generate and distribute sales reports and analytics to the sales team and management, providing insights into sales performance and trends.
- Support sales representatives with administrative tasks, including preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests for information, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts, including coordinating promotional campaigns or product launches.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive sales and customer information, adhering to company policies and data protection regulations
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales processes and procedures, recommending and implementing enhancements as needed.
2) Qualifications & Experience :
- 3 TO 5 Years proven experience as a Sales administrator/assistant or similar role.
- Familiarity with Hubspot / Salesforce, sales processes is a plus.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Self-motivated, able to think, work and act independently with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal and team oriented skills. Experience and ability to effectively collaborate locally & remotely with colleagues from diverse ethnic and linguistic backgrounds, in particular in Asia, Europe & the Americas
- Demonstrates initiative and organization.
- Ability to multi-task in a very fluid work environment
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
- Graduation and additional qualification is a plus, ideally in marketing, sales or business administration
3) Work Location
- Initially, during several weeks, training will be provided from the Mumbai office (Malad area) during regular Office hours
- After approximately three months, and after under a few days prior notice, occasional days of working from home can be applied for.
