Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Support Associate to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor\'s degree in Chemical Engineering and 0-2 years of experience. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and possesses strong communication skills.Responsibilities :- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, maintaining records, and preparing sales reports.- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.- Support the sales team in creating and maintaining client relationships.- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.- Provide general support to the sales team to ensure smooth operations.Requirements :- Bachelor\'s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.- 0-2 years of experience in a sales support or similar role.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.- Female candidates are preferred for this position.
